2. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

3. Return Shipping
If an exchange is approved:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side

4. Damaged During Transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom orders or made-to-measure garments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
6. International Orders (UK & USA)
International orders may be subject to customs delays. Sonu Paro is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
